Build-to-Spec Capabilities:

Multi-Generator Paralleling and Synchronization Available in manual, automatic, or hybrid configurations using digital generator controllers, with optional check synchronization, isochronous load sharing, and load demand start and stop for two or more generator sets on a common bus.

ANSI Switchboard Metering Configurable per-generator metering including voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter, and wattmeter, with optional synchroscope and dual source voltage and frequency indication for safe parallel operation.

Generator Protection Selectable protection functions including reverse power, overcurrent, ground fault, and over and under voltage and frequency, coordinated with the generator controller and the vessel power management system.

Draw-Out Breakers Optional draw-out air circuit breakers for main generator and bus tie positions, allowing inspection, maintenance, and racking without de-energizing the entire switchboard.

Ship Service and Emergency Configurations Available as standalone Ship Service Switchboards, standalone Emergency Switchboards, or coordinated paired assemblies with manual or automatic transfer, supporting dark ship recovery and power management requirements.

Modular Construction Multi-section, multi-cabinet layouts configured to the engine room footprint, cable routing, and operator workflow, with options for arc flash mitigation, accessibility features, and serviceability provisions.

Branch Feeder Distribution Configurable feeder breakers (thermal magnetic or electronic trip) for ship service loads, motor controllers, lighting, navigation, communication, and auxiliary panels, sized and coordinated for selective protection.

Marine Standards Compliance Built to applicable marine electrical standards including IEEE 45, ABS Steel Vessel Rules and Naval Vessel Rules, USCG Subchapter J, and IEC 60092, with documentation, wiring diagrams, and factory acceptance testing per the governing vessel specification.
